Brad has extensive experience in listing properties for lease and for sale for building owners. Brad also has years of experience in consulting, negotiating, client representation and relocation, development (speculative and build-to-suit), redevelopment and acquisitions of owner user properties and investment properties.
Brad has been in commercial real estate since 1985 and has worked with clients on national, regional and local levels. His extensive experience in sales and leasing, coupled with his development and investment experience, has built a sizeable referral network.

Tim joined Hakes Real Estate in 2007, bringing with him years of industrial real estate experience. Prior to joining the Hakes team, Tim was the Manager of Sales and Leasing at Hunt Midwest where he leased more than 2,000,000 square feet of industrial space.
